Choice Care is seeking a Night Social Care Worker in Swindon to provide compassionate personal care to residents with a focus on safety and dignity. Training is provided, with in-house programmes to support career progression and continuous learning.

The role involves shift work and weekends on a rota, with a range of patterns available to suit personal commitments. Successful applicants join a supportive team and contribute to high-quality care delivery.

Where will youwork?

Ridgeway House in Swindon supports up to eight men and women of various ages with mental health conditions and associated complex needs.Ridgeway has a very large rear garden with a separate activities building. The home also has its own transport for local travel, visits and outings. Everyone living at Ridgeway House has a bespoke support plan, based on their personal preferences, likes and dislikes and goals. Staff aim to support each person to develop self-confidence and day-to-day living skills, with the aim of moving on to a more independent lifestyle.
