Hours: 20
Salary: £12,792 to £12,792 Annum (Salary based on a 20-hour contract.)
The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility? Fifteen minutes’ walk from Lymington town centre, in the beautiful New Forest, Holly Lodge supports up to eleven men and women of mixed ages, with moderate to severe learning difficulties and autism. Holly Lodge is a large home with plenty of communal areas for leisure and socialising, including a shared lounge and an activities room. All the bedrooms are en-suite and are currently undergoing some exciting refurbishments. There is also a huge garden, including a smaller, secret garden tucked away within it. Those we support at Holly Lodge are a lively and active group. They get involved in a broad range of tailored, individual activities to support ongoing personal development, as well as group pastimes including self-organised arts and crafts, and frequent trips around the New Forest and the nearby beaches. Holly Lodge is staffed on a 24-hour basis and also offers in-house positive behaviour support to help with emotional and general wellbeing.
