Waking Night Complex Care Support Worker - Fixed Term Contract

Join ILS Case Management as a Waking Night Complex Care Support Worker on a Fixed Term Contract.

Job Details

• Location: Broadstone, Poole
• Remuneration: £16.00/hour Weekday nights, £18.00/hour Weekend nights
• Hours: Fixed hours averaging 15 hours/week, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM, on a rolling rota, with additional hours during school holidays

About The Role

Supporting Lucas, a young boy with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and visual impairment, during night shifts. Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, monitoring oxygen levels, managing feeding and hydration, and ensuring a calm environment. The role involves working closely with his family and care team to provide consistent support.

Requirements

• Experience with complex medical needs, preferably with children with visual impairment and epilepsy
• Ability to work with specialist equipment and handle challenging situations with patience and tact
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle required
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with satisfactory references and a DBS check
