Job summary

Choice Care is recruiting a Night Social Care Worker to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs within our Derby area homes. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with daily activities and follow tailored care plans to promote independence and wellbeing.

We foster a supportive team environment and offer ongoing training, with opportunities for career development and a strong focus on client-centred care within a family-style setting.

Where will you work?

This is one of three residential homes provided by Quality Care, our sister company in the East Midlands that supports individuals with high support needs including challenging behaviours. Quality Care is an established specialist care provider with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality support in family-style settings. Derwent View supports 19 adults in one property that is divided into 3 separate self-contained homes and is located in the Derwent area of the City of Derby, in a principally residential area.
