Choice Care is seeking a Social Care Worker for our Witham Valley Care service in Lincoln. You will support young adults with complex needs in a six-bed residential setting, guided by individual care plans and a dedicated team.

We provide in-house training free of charge and a clear career path from day one, helping you grow while making a real difference in people’s lives. Flexible patterns and rota-based shift work, including weekends, are available to fit personal commitments.

Salary: £12.80 to £12.80 Hour

Where you will work?

This service is provided by Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln. This six-bed residential property supports young adults with severe learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, challenging behaviour and other complex needs. The home was extensively refurbished in 2013 and now provides six en-suite bedrooms, five on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The ground floor also comprises a breakfast kitchen, dining room, games room and lounge.
