Job summary

Choice Care Group is seeking a Night Social Care Worker to provide personal care, assist with feeding and daily activities, and follow care plans at Wey View in Addleston e. We will train and mentor you to become a skilled professional, with in‑house training offered free of charge and a clear career path from day one.

The role involves shift work and weekend rota patterns, with flexible patterns to fit personal commitments.

Qualifications

Providing personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding.
Medication administration.
Assisting with residents' daily activities and outings.
Following care plans and company policies.
Maintaining written daily records.
Attending and completing training.
