Job summary

Choice Care Group in Old Windsor is seeking a Night Social Care Worker to provide personal care, administer medications, and support residents with daily activities on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training, as required
