Job summary

Jobsworth is recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver on a temp-to-perm basis in Wolverhampton. The role uses tug and tractor units for depot-to-depot and on-site shunting with Monday–Friday nights and a 19:00 start to 04:30 finish.

No nights out are required, and the role is full-time with progression to permanent employment. The rate is £21 per hour with weekly pay on Fridays and incentives available.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 (Minimum 12 months for insurance purposes)
• CPC Card
• Digi Card
• No more than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Depot-to-depot & on-site shunting
• Night shift duties (1900 starts / 0430 finish)
• Operate tug/tractor units as required
