Job summary

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to ensure yogurt is filled, sealed, coded and packed to high quality standards on the production line.

You will support efficient line performance, perform routine checks, and work closely with Production and QA to maintain compliance and resolve issues quickly. The role operates on a 18:00–06:00 4 on 4 off night shift pattern with a strong focus on hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling, sealing, coding and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, packaging integrity and line performance throughout the shift.
• Complete routine checks (weights, seals, codes, visual standards) and record results accurately.
• Work closely with Production and QA to maintain compliance and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area in line with hygiene standards.
