Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Production Operator to ensure yogurt is filled, sealed, coded and packed to high quality standards. The role supports efficient line performance and daily production targets, working 18:00–06:00 on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern.

You will operate filling and packaging machinery, monitor quality and line performance, and collaborate with Production and QA to maintain compliance. A strong team ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling, sealing, coding and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, packaging integrity and line performance.
• Complete routine checks (weights, seals, codes, visual standards) and record results accurately.
• Work with Production and QA to maintain compliance and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area in line with hygiene standards.
• Support changeovers, material replenishment and general line operations.
