Job summary

Yeo Valley Production Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to join the team on a rotating 18:00–06:00 shift (4 on 4 off). You will ensure yogurt is filled, sealed and coded to high quality, while monitoring line performance and maintaining hygiene standards.

You will support changeovers and materials, work closely with QA and Production to resolve issues quickly, and enjoy benefits such as pension, healthcare, cycle-to-work, and product discounts.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling, sealing, coding and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, packaging integrity and line performance throughout the shift.
• Complete routine checks (weights, seals, codes, visual standards) and record results accurately.
• Work closely with Production and QA to maintain compliance and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area in line with hygiene standards.
• Support changeovers, material replenishment and general line operations.
