Job summary

Whistl UK Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse operatives, coordinating loading/unloading and daily operations to meet volume, quality and efficiency targets.

You will drive staff development, monitor KPIs and safety compliance, and ensure high standards of customer service and operational discipline across shifts, including night hours Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a 3pl/FMCG/Downstream environment
• Experience in supervising and developing staff
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives to coordinate loading and unloading of deliveries and meet daily targets
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in collaboration with depot management
• Monitor KPIs, safety compliance, and quality standards; report incidents and continuous improvements
• Provide training and development to staff and manage performance through appraisals and feedback
• Promote a professional, customer-focused culture and communicate key operational updates to internal and external stakeholders
