Ocado Logistics is hiring for a Night Pick Operative to join the NIGHT SHIFT PICK team in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch, working nights across a 7-day cycle with shifts from 18:35 to 04:35.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Able to handle Meat and Alcohol.
• Able to commute within reasonable time from the site.
• Must understand Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.
• New to warehousing? Skills can be taught; attitude matters.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Work to productivity and accuracy targets.
• Use warehouse equipment safely following training.
• Complete basic equipment checks.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
