Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts to support our busy distribution centre. You’ll pick orders using the Qpick system with an arm scanner, load and arrange products across shelved, chilled, and frozen ranges, and operate handling equipment with training provided.

You'll move around the warehouse on a physically active role, work 5:30pm to 12:00am with a 2-in-7 rota, and help ensure drivers leave on time with the right orders to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in night shift operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment.
• Capable of steady, physical work and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using Qpick technology with arm scanner.
• Load and store products ensuring correct placement.
• Operate handling equipment with training provided.
• Relocate products using pump trucks, power pallet trucks and forklifts.
• Ensure drivers depart the warehouse on time with correct orders.
