Job summary

Arthrex GmbH in Sheffield is seeking a Standard Operator to support the night shift in the Operations team. You will unpack, check and receipt products, and ensure proper stock movements are recorded to support timely inspections and patient outcomes.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work across day and night teams. SAP experience is desirable, and a contributory pension, training, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Clear communication during handovers and with team leaders.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills to manage rotating night shifts and workload.
• Willingness to learn Arthrex products, systems and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, check and receipt product into warehouse locations using scanners and systems.
• Process returned loan kits and repairs from customers.
• Perform inventory counts and stock checks to support accuracy.
• Maintain accurate system transactions and ensure movements are recorded.
• Support night shift workload planning and handovers between day and night teams.
