Gap Personnel Limited is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at TJ Morris’s distribution centre in Amesbury, Wiltshire (SP4). The role requires work 5 days out of 7, including weekends, with 10pm–6am shifts and an hourly rate of £15.74.

You will receive training on the automated Caddy Pick System, plus a 3‑day induction and ongoing progress reviews. Site facilities include a subsidised canteen, vending machines, break-out areas, transport-to-site options, and free car parking.

Qualifications

• Induction, Orientation, Warehouse Tour, Manual Handling, Caddy Overview, Cage Stacking, Caddy Demo.
• Practical Training on Caddy.
• Caddy Assessment, Caddy Coaching.

Responsibilities

• Safe picking and loading of items into cages ready for store delivery.
• Ensuring all items are picked as per order and loaded correctly.
• Maintaining clean working practices.
• Work towards achievement of pick rate and other targets.
