Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at the TJ Morris distribution centre in Amesbury, Wiltshire (SP4). The role runs 2pm–10pm, five days out of seven, including weekends, with training on the automated Caddy Pick system and full induction.

Benefits include free transport from Southampton and opportunities for progression across a large, modern DC. You will join a pro-active team supporting day-to-day picking, loading into cages, and store deliveries scheduled for the next day,

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse picking and loading
• Willing to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends
• Able to cover long walking distances up to 15,000 steps daily

Responsibilities

• Safe picking and loading of items into cages for store delivery
• Ensure items are picked per order and loaded correctly
• Maintain clean working practices
• Work towards pick rate and other targets
