Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Night Shift Warehouse Operative to support parcel sorting operations. You will use in-house systems to dispatch parcels, scan items accurately and sort them into the correct loading bays for delivery, helping ensure parcels reach customers on time.

This role requires reliability, good attention to detail and the ability to work physically in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a friendly onsite team with an optional permanent contract after a 12-week

Night Shift Warehouse Operative - Parcel Sorting

A day in the life of a NIGHT SHIFT Warehouse Operative will involve using in-house systems to ensure parcels are dispatched to the correct destinations. This includes scanning parcels accurately and sorting them into the correct loading bays ready for delivery.

Attention to detail and taking pride in your work are essential, as every colleague plays an important role in the parcel’s journey to the customer. Parcels should be handled with care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

The warehouse has a welcoming and supportive environment, with management available to assist whenever needed. All colleagues work together with a collaborative approach to achieve the same goal.

Start time between 21:00 and 23:30

Work location:

DY4 7UJ– Tipton

Pay:

• £12.71 per hour - £15.01 per hour after 12 weeks probation

Requirements:
