Job summary

DPD UK in Bicester is seeking a Warehouse Operative for a permanent, 40-hour week, night shift role. You will be on your feet, loading, unloading, scanning and sorting parcels, contributing to timely deliveries.

Starting from a paid night shift at £14.93 per hour with enhanced overtime, the role offers full training, uniform and PPE, and a path from warehouse roles into management as part of our internal progression.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to lift and move items up to 25kg.
• Flexible to the shift pattern (Tue–Sat, 00:00–08:30).

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with accuracy.
• Handling items up to 25kg.
• Using warehouse systems to route parcels correctly and safely operate equipment.
• Maintaining health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Reporting discrepancies or issues to supervisor promptly.
• Collaborating with team to meet daily targets.
