Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Hinckley for a fast-paced, physical role. You’ll be on your feet, loading, unloading, scanning and sorting parcels, and using warehouse systems to ensure deliveries stay on time.

Full training from day one, with uniform and PPE provided, plus opportunities to move into leadership roles. We offer £12.71 per hour plus enhanced overtime, milestone days, discount schemes, and wellbeing benefits including 24/7 health support and life assurance up to 4x

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, scanning and sorting parcels with accuracy.
• Handling items up to 25 kg safely.
• Using systems to route parcels to the right place at the right time.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily targets.
• Adhering to attendance expectations and reliability.
