Job summary

Culina Group Limited at Warrens, Blackrod, is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced ambient distribution operation. You will support across our bread distribution warehouse in a 24 hour facility, with 4 on 4 off shifts.

Responsibilities include picking, loading, inbound checks, using PPT equipment, preparing dispatches, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while upholding health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, especially picking/loading and stock movement.
• PPT experience desirable but not essential.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong focus on health and safety.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Reliable timekeeping with flexible shift approach.

Responsibilities

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
• Support inbound activity and check goods and move to correct locations.
• Use PPT equipment where trained and authorised.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders meet required standards.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
