Velocity is recruiting a Night Shift Warehouse Manager for a Washington-based chilled distribution operation. Salary £36,000 - £40,000 DOE, with a night schedule of 20:00–04:00, Monday to Friday.

You will oversee the night warehouse team, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched safely and on time. The role demands strong leadership, logistics expertise, and a track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Good understanding of health & safety and compliance.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the night warehouse team.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of a busy chilled distribution warehouse.
