Job summary

Sharpak Aylesham is seeking a warehouse operative to support Team Leaders in all warehouse duties, including loading/unloading trailers, stock receipts, and order picking. You will help ensure stock accuracy and keep the warehouse organized and safe.

You will operate a range of forklifts, follow health and safety rules, and work the 10pm–6am night shift, with training provided. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience operating counterbalance or pivot forklift trucks.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Locate stock receipts in the warehouse and verify paperwork, reporting discrepancies.
• Pick goods from stock as directed by Team Leaders or Managers.
• Operate counterbalance, pivot, reach and pedestrian pallet trucks to move pallets.
• Load and unload goods safely and ensure they are undamaged.
• Perform stock movements and adhere to health and safety policies.
