Job summary

Belron UK Ltd (trading as Autoglass® and Laddaw®) seeks a Supply Chain Team Member for the Bristol MDC. The role supports a 7-day operation with key night shifts Sunday-Thursday, 21:00–06:00, 22:00–07:00 or 23:00–08:00, offering a starting salary and a fixed night shift allowance.

You will handle glass, follow safety rules, and aid stock processes. Expected behaviours include teamwork, adaptability, and attention to quality while completing mandatory training.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work solo or in a team.
• Positive mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• High quality standards and flexibility in duties.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle glass in the warehouse to maintain stock quality.
• Follow health and safety requirements and conduct self risk checks.
• Report issues from deliveries or warehouse to ensure resolution.
• Assist with stocktakes and system reconciliation for accuracy.
• Promote and undertake recycling of waste in line with company policy.
