Belron UK Ltd (Autoglass® and Laddaw®) operates a UK distribution centre in Bardon, Leicestershire. The Warehouse Team Member role supports a seven-day operation, handling vehicle glass, using LLOP equipment, and ensuring stock accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, and offers a starting salary of £26,998.40 with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility and occasional Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle glass in the warehouse to maintain stock quality and minimise loss.
• Use a Low Level Order Picker to move stock safely and efficiently.
• Follow Health & Safety requirements and conduct regular self risk assessments.
• Report issues arising during deliveries or in the warehouse for resolution.
• Support stocktakes with physical counts and system reconciliation.
• Promote recycling and support corporate social responsibilities.
• Comply with procedures and legal requirements including GDPR and ISO standards.
