Job summary

Great Bear in Rugby is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a full-time night shift (10pm–6am). You will ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and coordinate with customer systems to keep the operation running smoothly.

Key duties include PID checks, WMS/SAP data handling, investigating complaints, stock updates, and supporting colleagues with system issues within a busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
• Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
• Team player attitude.
• Previous admin/stock control experience.
• Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
