Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Rugby Services is seeking a Team Member to serve BP Greggs customers overnight, with shifts 11pm–7am, 5 nights in 7, totalling 35 hours per week. You will help prepare hot food and baked goods, provide excellent service, and maintain a clean forecourt and shop.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
