Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Southwaite Services on the M6 is seeking a Night Team Member to work 10pm–6am Friday to Monday, on a 4 hour contract, earning £14.83 per hour. The role focuses on serving BP’s fuel customers and providing Greggs favourites with friendly service.

You will greet customers, process orders, prepare hot food and beverages, maintain displays and keep the forecourt clean, while working closely with colleagues to deliver a high standard, memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
