Job summary

moto is seeking a Team Member for Crawley, working 11pm–7am shifts at Pease Pottage Services, M23 J11. You will serve BP fuels and Greggs products, deliver great customer service, and help maintain store standards on a busy forecourt.

Role includes handling orders, food prep, replenishment and ensuring a clean, welcoming space for customers. On-site work, with weekly pay and benefits, with opportunities for development and training.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
