Job summary

Tesco is recruiting for a Store Manager role to lead a team and deliver an excellent in-store experience for customers in the United Kingdom. You will recruit, train and coach colleagues to build a capable, high-performing team focused on product range, quality and service.

You will oversee trade activity to maximise sales and profit, deliver the Store Change Plan, ensure safety and compliance, and continuously look for ways to serve customers and communities better.
