Springcare Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for night shifts at Bucklow Manor. You will lead a team of care assistants, support residents with personal care, and work closely with the nurse in charge to deliver safe, compassionate care.

The role requires a minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care, medication administration experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Night shifts run 8pm to 8am, with a permanent full or part-time contract and access to staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Experience administering medication in a care setting.
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.

Responsabilités

• Supporting residents with personal care.
• Administrating medication.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Leading a team of care assistants and assisting nurse in charge.
• Apply dressings as needed.
• Take samples as necessary.
• Communicate with external sources such as Doctors and District Nurses.
