Select Lifestyles Limited in the West Midlands is seeking a compassionate Night Shift Support Worker to join our care team. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to lead independent, dignified lives, both at home and in the community.
This role includes daily living tasks, attendance at activities, and careful recording of notes and plans. Training and DBS checks are part of the safer recruitment process.

As a Support Worker, you will bring compassion, motivation, and reliability to our dedicated care team. In this rewarding and impactful role, you will play a vital part in delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, empowering them to lead independent, fulfilling lives.
This role involves supporting Service Users with daily living tasks and accompanying them to planned activities, appointments, and social outings; all with the aim of promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
As a Night Shift Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting Service Users with everyday tasks:
Following and implementing personalised support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Work collaboratively with families, in-house teams, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each Service User
Maintaining accurate and detailed records, including:
