Keyline Care Supported Living in Mansfield is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours live independent, safe and meaningful lives.
The full-time role (36 hours per week) involves waking night shifts, thorough training, personal development opportunities, 28 days leave, and a supportive team that values dignity, respect and person-centred care.

We're inviting compassionate, committed individuals to join our team of Support Workers in our Supported Living settings. This is a rewarding and meaningful role, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge – helping them lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.
You’ll play a vital part in helping the people we support to live with independence and purpose. This includes assisting with everyday routines, building confidence, and creating opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment.

£13.50 per hour
Waking Nights - includes weekend and Bank Holiday working
