Job summary

Enable Glasgow is recruiting for a full-time Night Shift Coordinator to join our Esmond Street Advanced Support Service in the Yorkhill area of Glasgow. The service provides a 24/7 supported living environment for 22 adults with learning disabilities who are older and/or have advanced needs.

The role supports planning and reviewing care, coordinates night duties, and helps maintain high service standards. A relevant qualification is preferred and PVG membership is required; night shift

Qualifications

• Experience of support planning and review systems.
• Experience in a supported living setting.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Positive, empowering and flexible approach to supporting people with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift team at Esmond Street Service.
• Coordinate duties and tasks and maintain service standards.
• Involved in staff supervision and development.
• Ensure PVG Scheme compliance where required.
