Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking caring staff in Elgin to support young adults moving into their own homes. You will assist with daily living skills, social activities and community integration, with a focus on building independence and confidence.

Roles include night shifts (10pm–8am) under a permanent 30-hour contract. We value empathy, patience and a willingness to learn, offering tailored training and progression within our supportive charity.

• Support a group of individuals in Elgin as they move into their own homes and develop independent living skills.
• Provide day, evening and night support (10pm–8am) in a 1:1 and 2:1 staffing model.
• Encourage participation in community activities, outings and skill-building opportunities.
