The Night Shift Supervisor role is night-based, with shift times typically from 11pm to 8am, depending on volumes. You should be able to motivate staff, prioritize needs effectively, think creatively, and have logistics experience or related skills. Collaboration and leadership are essential.

About the Role

• Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing leadership and direction during the shift
• Develop and train team members; ensure SLA’s are met for the night shift
• Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
• Process BI and MI reports based on work output of drivers and loaders
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Skills & Qualifications

• Management experience leading a team
• Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is advantageous
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of transport regulations is preferred
