Job summary

A deployment of Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Northampton seeks a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure orders are completed on time to specifications. You will drive KPI performance and lead the night shift teams, mentoring direct reports while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Experience with robot welding machines and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment are essential; proficiency with AX and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Operations or Production management in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with robot welding machines.
• Experience with people management including coaching / mentoring, appraisal, training and capability/disciplinary procedures.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Capable of working under-pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and AX.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works orders are completed and delivered on time to specifications.
