Job summary

Dynamic Resourcing in Glasgow is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee site management across multiple garages. The role covers performance management, health and safety, procurement, budgeting, customer service and staff development.

You will travel between sites, work 5pm–3am, and report to the Key Account Manager. A strong background in cleaning operations or facilities management and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of cleaning industry experience or management experience.
• Experience of managing staff and budgets is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
• Clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, co-ordinate and support site management at various sites/garages.
• Manage people's performance, quality and safety in line with contract.
• Handle procurement, budgeting and client reports.
• Travel between sites to ensure operations meet client expectations.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and incident reporting.
