Job summary

Ford & Stanley Talentwise is seeking a skilled Shot Blast Technician for the night shift in Cheshire. You will join our production team, reporting to the Night Shift Manager, and will prepare steel components and heavy fabrications for protective coatings, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in shot blasting, paint spraying, or surface preparation.
• Experience in commercial vehicle bodywork or heavy fabrications preferred.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work night shifts and in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Shot blasting of metals and heavy fabrications.
• Prepare components for protective coatings.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the production area.
• Follow health and safety procedures and regulations.
• Minimise waste through efficient use of materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Support production targets while maintaining quality.
• Assist with other duties with full training provided.
