Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Acer Court Care Home in Nuthall, Nottinghamshire. You will work with the care team to deliver high-quality personal care in a warm, respectful environment for residents.

The role requires an NVQ 3 in care for care homes and at least two years of relevant experience. You will communicate effectively with residents, families and professionals, and support colleagues across shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude towards residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication management as required.
• Support the care team and mentor junior staff.
• Liaise with relatives and health professionals as needed.
