Formación

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
• Experience in a care home setting preferred.
• Ability to provide patient-centred care and coordinate with the team.

• Coach and guide the care team with teaching programmes.
• Carry out assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
