Job summary

Corbrook Park Nursing Home in Audlem, UK is seeking an experienced Night Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead and support the care team on BANK hours. You will deliver high quality nursing care and play a key role in developing care plans for residents.

You will have valid NMC registration, at least 1 year of RN experience, and a solid understanding of CQC standards. The role offers training and opportunities for career development within a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Valid RGN NMC Registration.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Clear understanding of CQC standards/ legislation.
• Strong leader with high clinical skills and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care to residents.
• Lead and support the care team and coordinate care plans.
• Liaise with GPs, case managers, and primary health care practitioners.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and timely care documentation.
• Utilise PCS and electronic care planning systems.
• Communicate care decisions clearly to residents and carers.
