Serencroft Care Homes is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the night team at Woodlands Care Home, Stockport. You will deliver safe, person-centred nursing care overnight and lead the night shift with clinical guidance.

You must hold a current NMC PIN, be eligible to work in the UK, and be comfortable with DBS checks. The role offers 40 hours per week, permanent contract, and development opportunities.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current, valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care home or similar clinical setting is desirable.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Good communication and flexible, can-do attitude.
• Ability to lead and supervise a night care team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and NMC revalidation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to residents overnight.
• Administer medication safely and accurately in line with policy.
• Undertake clinical assessments and monitor residents’ health.
• Lead and support night staff with clinical guidance and supervision.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, care plans and nursing notes.
• Coordinate with GPs and other health professionals as required.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate clinical intervention and first aid.
• Support infection prevention and compliance with CQC standards.
