Job summary

Moto is hiring a Retail Assistant for WHSmith at Trowell Services, M1 between Junction 25 and 26. You’ll assist customers, process orders, replenish displays, and keep the store welcoming during night shifts (11pm–7am). Pay is £12.83 per hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
