Job summary

Moto is recruiting a Retail Assistant for Blyth Services, Junction of A1(M) and A614, Blyth. You will support WHSmith travel essentials and deliver exceptional customer service within a busy rest stop environment.

You’ll greet customers, process orders, replenish displays and keep the store clean and welcoming. The role offers weekly pay, employee discounts, enhanced benefits and funded qualifications to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade

Retail Assistant - £14.83 per hour includes nightshift premium
