Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our night team. The role covers 10pm–5am shifts, with up to 30 hours per week and pro rata holiday entitlement.

You’ll help keep deliveries unpacked, stock rotated, and areas ready for promotions, contributing to a clean, well-stocked store for customers. You’ll enjoy an in-store discount, enhanced family leave, and a supportive team culture while delivering high standards every night.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail environments.
• Attention to detail under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Precisely unpack deliveries through the night during the week and weekends.
• Make sure all access areas are clear for our drivers.
• Keep the store spick and span – both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
• Help organise specific areas for promotions and special offers.
• Independently carry out regular freshness checks and make sure our stock is fully rotated.
