Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a passionate Residential Team Leader at Llwyn Teg to maintain high standards of person-centred care and support your team on shift. The role covers medication administration, communication with residents and families, and ensuring up-to-date care plans.

You will lead by example, manage the team on night shifts (19:30–07:30) and contribute to a supportive, employee-owned workplace with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) completed or in progress.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on shift to promote best practice.
• Administer and record medication safely per Shaw policies.
• Report changes in residents’ needs promptly to Line Manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
