Shaw healthcare is seeking a Residential Team Leader for Plas Cae Crwn in Newtown. You will lead shift operations, support a caring team, and ensure safe medication administration within Shaw policies. The role focuses on resident well-being and accurate care documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading shifts in residential care.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) achieved or in progress.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on shift to promote best practice.
• Administer and record medication safely.
• Report changes in residents’ needs promptly to the Line Manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
