Job summary

HC-One, The Kind Care Company, is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night-shift team in a care home. This full-time role covers 33 hours per week and requires a valid NMC PIN with at least 12 months' health or social care experience, along with a commitment to person-centred care.

You will work in a nurse-led environment, supporting Residents and families, mentoring students, and upholding safeguarding and professional standards while benefiting from our rewarding benefits

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Valid NMC PIN and commitment to professional standards.
• Ability to mentor and support colleagues as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written, and professional behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to Residents and their families.
• Support decision-making in a nurse-led environment.
• Mentor and supervise students and junior staff.
• Uphold safeguarding and professional standards in daily practice.
