Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with NMC registration.

• Excellent patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' care needs and deliver nursing care.
• Administer prescribed medicines following policy.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Attend mandatory training days as required.
• Communicate with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.
